*Exit Interstate 80 at the Highway 89 South/Tahoe City exit 184. Go North to Donner Pass Road. Then turn left onto Donner Pass Road and go one long block west. Turn left at the fire station. Uncompromised Word of God
River Rock is committed to teaching the uncompromised word of God. River Rock currently has five Bible College Graduates, two seminarians, 1 Biblical languages instructor as well as several international Bible teachers. Because we are a non-denominational church we have no pressure to teach unscriptural beliefs or doctrines yet our covering is from the largest Protestant fellowship in the world. When you come to River Rock you can count on powerful, uncompromised, Biblical teaching.
The apostle Paul wrote "My message and my preaching did not come to you with wise and persuasive words but with a demonstration of the Spirit's power so that your faith might not rest on men's wisdom but on God's power." I Corinthians 2:4,5 At River Rock you can also expect to experience the power of God working in your life and the life of those around you. | EARTHQUAKE SUNDAY
On June 26, 2005 at 11:45am there was a 4.8 earthquake that hit Truckee, CA. Pastor Eric was preaching about Paul and Silas in prison praising the Lord when God sent an "earthquake" to free them.
On the word "earthquake" that's when the earthquake hit.
The amazing joy that the congregation expressed that day was a witness that the Power of God was being manifested in their midst. |

| Television Coverage
In 2005 River Rock Christian Fellowship has experienced a large amount of television coverage due to the recent message where Pastor Eric Moen is preaching about Paul and Silas in the jail. When pastor Moen says the word "earthquake" the recent 4.8 quake hits the church. Church members, realizing that this was no coincidence cheer wildly. Hopefully, we will have clips available on this web site soon. If you are in Truckee you can see the clips as well as news reports and the whole sermon on Kingdom Come television on channel 6. Show times are Tuesday evening at 8:00 p.m., Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m., Thursday morning at 9:00 a.m. and Sunday at 5:00 p.m.. Please call with any questions.
