I have dedicated this page to my wonderful wife Wendi and my very special son Robbie. Without my family I simply would not be who I am and could not imagine accomplishing the things that God has put before me. I am so blessed to have them in my life. Both Wendi and Robbie are blessed by God and have ministries of their own. Here is a little bit about them.

I did not grow up in the church but God found me on the evening of February 17th, 1979 at a Grateful Dead concert at the Oakland Coliseum. You can follow this link to read about the vision. Shortly thereafter I met my wife and found myself at Bethany Bible College in Santa Cruz California where I received a Bachelor of Science in Ministerial Science. I later attended the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri. I completed my graduate school at Missouri State University and earned a Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling.
I married my wife Wendi in 1986. We started off in the ministry as youth pastors in the Los Angeles area. Following this we pastored two general council Assemblies of God churches in the Southern California District. In 1992 I burned out on the ministry and moved to Truckee, California where I was in business for over ten years. Most of the time as a financial Advisor for American Express and Allstate. In the fall of 2003 we joined a small group of families and started River Rock Christian Fellowship.
Wendi Moen, pastor wife, singer, songwriter married Eric in 1986 and became the mother of Robert "Robbie" Moen in 1989. Wendi had just finished the recording of her first original Christian Contemporary Album , "WHO AM I" in 1989. During her service as Pastor's Wife and Worship Director at North Fresno Assembly of God in Fresno, CA she also ministered with her music in churches and ministry events around the country with her new release, "WHO AM I". In January, 2003 she released her second Contemporary Inspirational CD, "LOVING YOU".
Today Wendi serves as co-pastor of River Rock overseeing many of the ministries at River Rock. She is also very active with an international missions organization Women with a Mission. Wendi travels overseas regularly training pastors and Christian leaders.
Robbie Moen
Robbie accepted Jesus as his personal Savior at an early age and enjoys using his talents in various ministries. His personal outreach has included missions to Mexico, Okinawa, Japan and Camotes Islands, Philippines. His 10 year extensive drama and tech training in TTYT, (Tahoe Truckee Youth Theater) has been essential in his ability to communicate and express his faith in the median of the arts. In the last few years he has pursued a career in film making. He has won several film festival awards, is co-owner of a film company, Original Cent [http://originalcent.com].
Robbie is a senior at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California where he is studying film making. Vanguard is the Assembly of God University in Southern California [.http://www.vanguard.edu/] Robbie is expected to Graduate on May 7th, 2011. Robbie plays the acoustic and electric guitar in the River Rock Worship Band "OutPouring" .
