Florida Healing Outpouring

The photo on the left is me at the Florida Healing Outpouring on April 24th. There was something different going on when I went to these Florida meetings. It's hard to explain but normally when I come home from something, no matter how good it is, I am glad to be home. This time I mourned my return and wanted to be back in Florida. However, I was glad to be back because ever since I returned God has been doing miraculous things here in the region. We have seen a large amount of healings, large crowds of people hungry for God, and the Lord working a bit differently in each service. I am posting the healings on the healing page and you can watch videos on outpouring.tv. The only way to really understand this is to come to a service and check it out for yourself.

Highway 40 Prophecy
On Monday April 21st Todd prophesied that the revival would come to Northern California via Highway 40. Now Highway 40 has been mostly replaced by Interstate 80 but the "old" highway 40 still runs through Truckee as Donner Pass Road which is the location of River Rock. By the way, parts of "Old" Highway 40 exist in Reno [4th Street], Verdi, Fernley, and places across the United States! Now, if you think about it, Highway 40 enters Northern California just east of Truckee meaning this is the gateway for the revivial to Northern California! Let the fire fall! The earthquakes were on Highway 40 where it runs through Mogul Nevada just before it enters California. I was trying to figure out how to get this one segment out of all the days that Todd spoke and when I searched for Todd Bentley Florida on YouTube.com this one came up third! God is so good!

Last night Todd Bentley talked about how contagious this Florida Outpouring anointing is.  Sunday morning we experienced this for ourselves as people passed under that Kabod [covering] and received the anointing by the laying on of hands and anointing with oil. Since then we saw further physical manifestations of the revival including a fire on Highway 40 in Reno, pastors in Truckee getting together, more wind and more earthquakes. The picture to the right is a real time USGS map of earthquakes as of April 29th 16:00 hours showing a large core of earthquakes right where Highway 40 enters California. For those of you who have not been following events Todd Bentley prophesied on Monday April 21st that the Florida Healing Outpouring would head east to west on Highway 40. The same night he prophesied that it would come to Northern California. I left for Florida on Wednesday the 23rd and the cluster of earthquakes near Verdi NV, over 3.0 started on Thursday April 24th. The largest one, a 4.7 hit just as I was in the airport in Florida getting ready to come home. Why is this significant? Because the when God comes earthquakes, wind, and fire can precede Him. (I Kings 19:11-12, Isaiah 29:6).
On Monday April 28th I received a phone call from a local man of God who told me that he was looking up at open heavens over Truckee and that there was no demonic activity. I had at least one other prophetic person confirm this independently. This has been one of the unique features of the "Third Wave," the Florida Healing Outpouring. Todd mentions this regularly.
 Another feature has been crying instead of laughing. I saw this in Florida and in our impartation line on Sunday morning at River Rock. It's not a crying of sadness but of our own personal unworthiness that we experience in the presence of God. Todd knows that the revival will keep going as long as he continues to impart it to others. My wife Wendi is on her way to Florida now to get more. I am committed to imparting this anointing to as many who are hungry enough for God to come and get it. This is what so many have prayed for for so long. Don't miss out.

Reno Healing Outpouring
On June 14th and 15th 2008 we had our first open field Reno Outpouring meeting thanks to Destiny Church and Pastor Terry and Daniel Fred co-laboring with us to make this event happen. We counted people from at least six different churches in Reno so we really had a great start. I am now starting to get reports of the great things that God did. If you have a testimony from this event please e-mail me about it so that we can glorify God with a good testimony.
Our speaker was Wes Roderick who is an intern for Todd Bentley. Wes helped me get in to the Florida Outpouring in Lakeland the first night I was there. At the time they were meeting in a 700 seat sanctuary and I flew into Tampa at 4:30 and would not have gotten in without help.
When Wes was at these meetings the power of God flowed as Wes let the Holy Spirit work powerfully. The anointing that Wes moves in is very powerful. I think this is just the beginning of a great ministry. We were honored to have him with us.

Pensacola, Florida was the first wave. Toronto, Canada was the second. The third wave has begun! The following are quotes spoken by Todd Bentley in revival in Lakeland, FL. He called Bob Jones today on the phone and Bob Jones told Todd the following things:
THE THIRD WAVE HAS BEGUN
“Bob Jones and I were speaking and there are 12 cities in America that are next. God spoke to me about Australia, New Zealand and England. And then Bob Jones said it is going to break out this year in Australia, New Zealand, England and back to Canada, with visits through many cities in America. One of those cities is Des Moines, Iowa. It’s going to go all the way to Omaha, Nebraska. Lincoln, Nebraska. These are the 12 cities. Kansas city. Denver, Colorado. Nashville, TN Lakeland, Florida and the greater surrounding regions. Salt Lake City. Cedar Rapids. Cincinnati, Ohio. Charlotte, NC. Albany Oregon. Denny Cline, are you watching me in Albany? Bob Jones told me it is coming back to Washington, Oregon, California, Northern California, but don’t forget about Albany Oregon.”
“You know Albany Oregon was the first healing outpouring I had in America. Do you know why it broke out? Because I was in Shreveport Louisiana and the angel of the winds of change was released. And I went all the way to Grants Pass, Oregon and then I went all the way to Albany Oregon. And then the healing revival broke out and it launched our ministry. Bob said that same winds of change angel has come back to Lakeland Florida.”

Bob told Todd that “on New Year ’s Eve, the first of this year God spoke to me about 08. And He said the 3rd wave was coming. Not in 09, but in 08. The 3rd wave. Toronto was a wave. Pensacola was a wave. He said this year there is going to be a 3rd wave. The third wave is the winds of change, outbreak that’s global. International. It begins to happen all over the world. It blows here and it blows there and it blows everywhere. Yes signs and wonders. He said God spoke to me that there was a wind that was going to come after the wind. An extreme weather pattern, extreme winds in the natural, extreme storms. And it would come out of Canada and through the northwest. And it happened this year. We have snow right now in Canada in April. Extreme weather through Washington, Oregon, California.”
“He said that wind would be followed by the winds of change and it is with you now in Lakeland. He said the wind of the Holy Spirit will shut down entire towns. He said the Holy Ghost would come upon cities and they would be shut down because of the power of the Holy Spirit. Meaning that whole town would come under such a weight of glory that you would feel the power of God in the whole city.
He said that he wrote the prophesies in January and that it would come as a northwest wind. He said the winds of change revival is going all the way out to the northwest; to Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Southern Calif… He said this wind is blowing now. He said it is the wind of change and the 3rd wave has only begun. It will increase until June 22-July22 (of 2008) when the full glory comes and this outpouring be will a revival that will not be stopped. It is international, global and it is contagious and it is blowing now. Bob said I want you to share every detail because the wind is blowing and it will never end.”
A WORLD WIDE CLARION TRUMPET
“He said it will be a clear world wide clarion trumpet. He said the trumpet is 5 things. It provokes, prepares, purifies, pierces and it inspires. He spoke to me about the glory realm. He said do you know why there is no warfare in those meetings Lakeland? Because demonic activity can no longer live in the glory. There is such a glory coming on the church that demonic activity can no longer live in the glory. He said that 2008 was the best and worst year. The best year for Christians and the worst year for the unbeliever.”
THE LIBRARY IN HEAVEN
“He said there is something about books. He saw an open door that will never close that went into a library full of books. He saw numerous people in the library in heaven full of books. They took down books off the shelves. Books of the past, books of the present, and books in the future. He noticed some of the most prominent people in the room were children. And the children were writing the books. And the books that the children wrote because of the heavenly encounters, visions and experiences were so profound that adults were reading the children’s books.
There’s an anointing of creativity that’s being released in this hour. That anointing is coming upon the children. And they are going to write the books about the angels and the glory and what it is really like in heaven. He spoke to me about the books that will be written about revival. He spoke to me about the books that will be written about the miracle realm. The voice of healing outpouring is coming around the second time. It’s begun now. We talked about the anointing of the anointing of William Branham, we talked about the anointing of A A Allen, and he said it is here, it’s happening. This is the hour and it wont be stopped.”
NO REVIVAL WITHOUT COMMITMENT
TODD: “We are only in the preparation stages. The ark never stayed in one place, it was a moving ark. Bob Jones told me that God is looking for one thing. This outpouring, there is one word that I have, and it’s the strongest word I have and the word is commitment. There will be no glory, no revival without commitment. It’s going to cost a whole lot of commitment to see it happen.”
TODD: “Lord give us another wave, another wave, another wave. All Your waves and billows have gone over me. How many are ready for all His waves? Don’t stop coming Holy Spirit. Don’t stop bringing the fire.”
MIRACLES IN YOUR HOUSE
TODD: “I had a dream three days ago and God only speaks to me day by day. I try to hear God about next week. It is so unique that I don’t know until the day before. I woke up from this dream and I was praying for everybody. And I saw every conceivable miracle you could imagine in your house. I saw father’s and mothers, uncles, brothers, sisters, delivered of addiction, alcohol and drugs. I saw the Holy Spirit arresting people in your family. Healing and restoration in your family, reconciliations of relationships. I saw God restoring marriages. I saw healings, I saw key miracles happening in people’s families. This is the day for sons and daughters, the backsliders and the lost people in your families. Whole households coming into salvation. And God gave me one promise and it was out of Matt 15 chapter.”

When I was in Florida at the Outpouring Todd kept reading testimonies about pastor's coming for an impartation of revival, healing, etc. Of course, I was hungry to bring this back to River Rock. This morning, Sunday April 27th, was going to be revealing and I was filled with great expectations. When we were setting up Tanya Schnitzius found a box containing a kabod or covering that I had never seen. We opened the box and electricity was just sparking off it. By the time church began people were coming in from all over to be a part of the Florida Outpouring impartation service.
After worship started we took out this kabod and started carrying it around and you could feel the anointing flowing. After an awesome worship service where people were touched I talked about the revival and preached on what comes before God out of I Kings 19 and Isaiah 29:6.

the LORD Almighty will come
with thunder and earthquake and great noise,
with windstorm and tempest and flames of a devouring fire.
Recently we have had unusually great winds blowing through Reno and Truckee. In addition, we have had a large cluster of earthquakes in the west Reno/Verdi area which is east of Truckee. Then, while I was traveling back from Florida to bring the impartation of Outpouring we had a large earthquake in Western Reno along Highway 40. During my message I quipped that all we need now is fire. This afternoon I received three calls from people who had been in the service to tell me that there was a huge fire burning by Highway 40 in Reno! Someone else sent me a news report from AOL news saying that scientists are warning Reno Residents to prepare for a major earthquake!
Then, following the message we had about ten people lift up the Kabod and people lined up underneath it to receive their impartation with me laying on hands and anointing with them with oil. I can speak for myself in saying that this was an unusually strong anointing. One man who has been a Pentecostal Christian for almost thirty years said that this was the first service ever that he went down under the power of the Holy Spirit. There are many other testimonies and miracles that I could tell you about but the short story is that I believe that the revival is coming to Northern California via Highway 40. I encourage you to pray that this only gets stronger and more powerful and that there is another manifestation of revival which is more and more people attending and joining in. I just flew in this morning from the Florida Outpouring where God is doing a sovereign move using Todd Bentley. I have had the privilege of attending many great things that God is doing but there is something different about the Florida Outpouring. As I sit at my desk writing this I am trying to figure out how to explain what I mean. Normally, when I return from somewhere, no matter how life changing, I am happy to be back to my home in Truckee. However, this time I am grieving to be gone from Lakeland, Florida. I just want to go right back. In fact, I was at the airport this morning waiting for my plane and I almost just left the airport and went back to Lakeland.
The first night I was there was the last night that they met at the Ignite Church where they could only hold about 800 in the sanctuary. God set it up so I could be in the sanctuary and experience the power. Of course, the healing power of God was thick and powerful. The Holy Spirit came down on the meetings like a thick cloud. It was a thick cloud more like smoke than a honey cloud.
Each night Todd anointed the pastors telling us how pastors who came to the Outpouring were able to bring the power of revival back to their home churches in the same way it was manifesting in Florida. I am very excited about what God plans to do at River Rock! Each night Todd read e-mails from pastors who had come and who reported revival breaking out in their churches when they returned home. Each night Todd laid hands on us in impartation. The final night just coating me in oil and the oil of the Holy Spirit!
We all know that God wants to bring revival to the Reno/Tahoe region. The reason that I went to the Florida Outpouring is that Todd prophesied that the revival was coming to Northern California via highway 40 which is Donner Pass road in Truckee where River Rock is! Also, Todd mentioned that this was the "third wave" which God showed me He wants us to be a part of through a prophetic word by Che Ahn. I believe that this Sunday could be the beginning of the manifestation of revival! Make sure you are here! This is not the time to miss out!
 On Thursday night they asked pastors to come forward who had great testimonies about what God is doing in their church. They knew who I was and they had me up as the next pastor to speak with Todd on world wide television. However, the Spirit moved another way and I never got up before the telecast ended. I am praying that the revival moves in on River Rock and when I return to Florida I will have great testimonies of what God is doing here on Highway 40 in Northern California to share! Please bring everyone that you can to the impartation service Sunday morning and let's watch the revival come!

On Tuesday April 29th the River Rock prayer team came to Pastor Eric's to take communion and cleanse the ground that Pastor Eric's home sits on. As we were walking around the back of his home three shafts of light came out of the sky above his head. Highway 40 crosses the meadow a few hundred yards in the distance.

After praying for revival for years I now am praying for wisdom in how to handle it. In an article today [May 2nd] published on the Elijah list Rick Joyner writes how true revival is contagious. The Lord has also been speaking to me about how to manage revival. One thing He is saying is that I cannot push it on my own strength. There was part of me that wanted to have services every night but that didn't feel right. However, as I look back on this week I see God having Outpouring services every night! For a couple of years the Lord has been having me work on getting pastors in Truckee together. According to the Sentinal group [transformationnations.org] this is the single most common predecessor to revival in the world. Monday night was the first truly successful night with at least half the pastors showing up for a dinner party at a local restaurant. This event had been planned for months and it is "interesting" that it happened the 3rd day I was back from Florida. Not one pastor who at sent in a R.S.V.P. cancelled and everyone had a great time. Tuesday night our Foothill group had an Outpouring meeting that my friend from Truckee, who attended, described as something so powerful that he had not seen anything like it since Lonnie Frisbee meetings in the 1970's!
Wednesday night Reno River Rock meets in a restaurant in Renown Medical Center in Reno, Nevada. I thought "Lord, how are we going to have outpouring here in this restaurant? We had about three times our normal crowd and I just said "I don't know what's going to happen but line up and I will lay hands on you." Pretty soon people were manifesting God's presence falling out all over the floor of the restaurant, and being healed!" I am like "Ok Lord, that's how you are going to do it!"
 Thursday night a group of people from a neighboring church came over to my home to watch the outpouring on the big screen. By the end of the service there was much weeping and rejoicing over God's presence coming into the room. One man, weeping, repented for not understanding what God was doing up until that time. We had a time of personal ministry and people laid in the presence of God. At the same time our youth service at the Teen Center was being invaded with God's power and presence! Friday night we had visitors who knew that the outouring had come this week and could feel the change in the atmosphere. They reported that earlier in the week they went to a meeting filled with "New Age" people who trying to figure out what had happened in "spirit world" this week. Sunday morning we will have another healing and impartation service at 10:00 a.m. One of the great signs of this Outpouring is that it attracts hungry people. "Let the fire of revival spread Lord!"

It's Something New
Since coming back from Florida we have had extraordinary services marked by many reporting healings and crowds about three times the normal size. This Healing Outpouring from Florida is a sovereign move of God. Many have been praying for this kind of move of God for decades.
